Grounding myself with a case? (Fractal Design Define R4)

Hi, If I had to ground myself with the R4, where would I clip the Alligator clip? I'm about to start my build and it's a higher budget and I don't want any risk at all.

You can use the fan grille on your PSU, or any metal part of the case.

What part is that of the PSU? Is there a diagram that shows it?

Your PSU has a fan right? Covering that fan should be a grille of some sort which is the perfect spot to stick the clip to

Perfect mate! Should the PSU be on or off? Or plugged into the wall?

I have it off but plugged into a three prong wall outlet, but other people might do it differently.

Ill do it your way! Cheers for the advice! And also does it matter what type of anti static wrist band I get? Are the cheap ones on Amazon and ebay reliable?
