Honing in my Budget PC

I have ~$750 and i would like to have some left over if possible for games etc. I will be playing Civilization, The Elder Scrolls Online and maybe some Skyrim and Diablo 3. After Earth when it comes out will be another one. I want to be able to play these games at least mid-high (ultra isn't a concern). Will this get me by for a couple of years until I can afford some more upgrades?

The build looks great. I just put a list together for a friend using almost all of these parts.

The only thing I would say is to go for the 6350. Its starts at a higher clock speed and it only another 15$ more. 3.9GHz vs 3.5.

Ah yes, I didn't notice that. It did make me up my PSU to a 600, was too close for my liking :)

Did you use the same mobo and cpu? And if so, did you have to update the BIOS to read the Vishera cpu?

This will perform perfectly fine. I dont anything about Zalman for CPU coolers, but it will run what you want with no problem-and probably even ultra for the games you stated.

First off, thanks to everyone for all of the help. This is what I ended up with. A little close to my budget of $750. Will this last me a year or two playing todays games and future games at med to high with decent frame rate? Will be playing 1920x1080 (hdmi from PC to HD 42" plasma tv)
