CPU: The AMD FX-8320 is the same as the FX-8350, just set to a slower clock speed. You can easily get the same performance as the 8350 out of the 8320 by overclocking for less money.

CPU Cooler:Perfectly okay.

Motherboard: The motherboard is completely overpriced and you're really just paying for the ASUS ROG name, if it's something you really want, go for it, but you could swap it out and save $100.

Memory: I don't know why you have 16GB of RAM, but unless you are compiling, or photo/video editing, you don't need it. I left it as it was at 16GB assuming you knew you needed it, but I got a cheaper version. (It would help if we knew what you were using the computer for.)

SSD: You don't need a 240GB SSD on a budget build, 120 should be fine for you.

HDD: Gives you enough space to store whatever you want.

GPU: Gives you much better performance using the money saved elsewhere in the build.
