"Sub $800 Gaming Rig" Review Please

This is my first attempt at a build. Looking to be able to tame most current games at reasonable-good FPS (DayZ, Metro Last Light, Tomb Raider, Watch Dogs, etc.). I do moderate work in Photoshop, and nearly always have a Twitch.tv stream on the second monitor. Pretty firm budget of $800 (not including OS, Peripherals). Any tips/advice appreciated. I have intentions to upgrade to SSD in the future at some point so I've held off on that for now and no intentions of overclocking making it easy to stick with the stock cpu cooling. Hoping to feature it in the completed builds section in the next week or two.

Thanks!
