HTPC - Can it be cheaper or more better-er ;) ?

Will be using this beauty as my HTPC. Played with many combinations and I think I've settled on a decent build/price point. Can you get it any cheaper without losing any power? ideally, I would've used a miniATX case/mobo but that'd cost around $60 more.

Will run Windows 7, Plex client, 3d Bluray playback, itunes. All my data/media will be stored on separate file server.
