the second one,buying a gpu under 150 doesnt make sense. the 240 is hardly better than the integrated graphics.

also has that unlocked Pentium which is pretty good value.

you should probably get a cheap micro atx case however(unless you already have the case).

I wouldn't. anything lower end will probably use a worse chipset, which will mean worse power delivery.
