Best bang for under £800.00

I'm looking to build a rig for £800 that will handle my 3D CAD and BIM needs (with some occasional gaming).

I have tried to allow a little room for future upgrades to RAM and GPU with my choice of motherboard and CPU, but I think I have put together a reasonably balanced rig to begin with. (I have kept the GPU spend down for now,as most of my work is RAM and CPU-centric, the graphics card is just to keep navigating around Revit models smooth, and some light gaming / tinkering with home videos.)

However I am new to this and would appreciate any guidance you can offer.

Here is what I have come up with:

Don't take offence by the fact that I've changed most of your parts list. Here's what you could build for under £800:

It's very CAD oriented, so your GPU may need an upgrade in future depending on how much gaming you plan to do.

Thank you very much for both comments, I found it a little overwhelming sifting through thousands of components and it's great to be pointed in the right direction.

I will be having a good look at both, but I am particularly intrigued by Jason UK's suggested build.
