Need a PC for gaming (mainly dota 2). My budget is $400 after tax, and i need all the performance possible. Using a case + psu combo is fine as i will save a bit more money later for an upgrade, better psu. Heres my build so far. Please constructively criticize.

You're gonna want a 7200rpm hard drive, and faster dual channel ram for an APU. This is the best I could get for your budget. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

After a few months your PC will start to feel sluggish. Get an SSD instead of a hard drive. Dota 2 eventually gains considerable loading times with a standard hard drive. You'll appreciate the problem a lot when you start to alt tab out of web browsing and into the game itself.

Get a decent 120GB SSD
