I think I might want to overclock and I would like to be able to stream Minecraft 60fps and play some Planetside 2 at 60 fps with medium settings.

I live in Australia so no cases from the US or anything because the postage is a lot. I need a motherboard but don't really know what motherboard to get so please help me on that.

I wasn't able to get it below $1000, since you would have to sacrifice a lot of performance to do so, but I did bring it down a good bit: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

I think that you probably really only need 1tb of storage. I have a 500 gig laptop I've been gaming on for 2 years and I only have it half full. If you really need, you could install another hard drive at a later date.

Also, the case isn't like super ultra important. It is very nice to have a good case but it's not going to crush your build if you get a cheaper case. That could bring the price down quite a bit.
