Z97 Enthusiast Level Mobo w/ cheap processor until Broadwell

I am in the market for a new mono/processor combo and was wondering what a good z97 mobo would be around $180 or less. Also I was wondering if I should just put a cheap over clocking chip in now while I wait for broad well or just fire a devils canyon in there for a more permanent solution?

I just completed a build with a Asus Z97A and an i5 4690k and am very pleased. I was able to get 4.7 GHz on my devil's canyon 4690k with an air cooled setup using just the Asus overclocking tools so I am pretty happy it.

The mobo was a bit cheaper than your $180 top end. I got if for about $140. It fit my needs in regards to connectors and overclocking bios and windows options are so darn easy to use. I am certain that MSI, Gigabyte, etc offer comparable options should you prefer their branding or coloring.
