Recently decided to try my hand at building my own pc. I'm keeping my first build to an under $500 unit. I start grad school in the fall and my major deals a lot with web and media development (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.) I'm looking for something that I can use for school as well as watch HD videos. I'm a strict console gamer at this point, so this build will not be used for gaming.
I went with AMD to stay within my budget, but struggled in deciding on this CPU or the A10-6800K. I'd love any feedback as to whether I'm going in the right direction with this.
