First build ever! Come in and critique!

I'm a relatively new user attempting to build a gaming computer. Would like some criticism for my build to possibly make it cheaper and/or more efficient. Any help would be appreciated.

Games I'll be running:
Bioshock Infinite
Skyrim V
Far Cry 3
League of Legends
Battlefield 3
Plus a lot more but those are the only ones I can think of right now.

Why an unlocked MoBo with a locked CPU?

Could you tell me what exactly that does? I'm not too experienced with that.

an unlocked CPU can be overclocked to achieve better speeds but to get to overclock you need a Mobo which lets you do that. Intel's CPUs ending with a K can be overclocked and you need a Mobo with a Z.

Example: i5 4690K is overclockable if its in a Z97 Mobo. i5 4690 cant be overclocked even if its in a Z97 Mobo. Also, an i5 4690k cant be overclocked in a H97 Mobo.

If you are going to overclock, you need a Aftermarket CPU Cooler to try to maintain your Temp as low as posible.

I don't plan to overclock. What is your recommendation?

If you dont plan to overclock go with a i5 4690 and a H97 Mobo. Get the Aftermarket Cooler. Getting better Temp is always good. The Cooler Master 212 EVO will do the job.

Haha, thanks for your help. I may not run additional storage since it's not necessary for me.
