the r9 just signifies the generation basically, the part that tells you the actual chipset which is more important is the 270x.

Here is if you plan on overclocking, I changed the psu to a semi modular 500w for more headroom and better airflow, changed the GPU to another non reference 270x thats shorter so it'll fit in the case without removing HDD cages,added a cpu cooler, and ram that'll fit under the cooler.
