For gaming and recording so I dont know if ill need a better graphics card or not but I would appreciate anything

I would do this instead. At this price point I think that motherboard is too much. Better processor, and I think this cooler will be sufficient. More RAM might be useful but I would Start here and add another kit if it isn't enough. Personally, I think the 280X is worth the sacrifices made.

  • G.SKILL F3-2400C10Q-16GTX: The AMD FX-6300 only supports dual channel memory so no benefit using 4 sticks of RAM. Official support also tops out at DDR3-1866. Alternative costing less: G.SKILL F3-1866C9D-16GXM. Money saved can be put towards a better power supply.

Processor is fine. 2400mhz ram is on the edge, id recommend 1866.

if possible, get 280, if not, the 270x should be fine.

Everything else is good.
