You'll need a better cpu cooler than the supplied one to get a decent overclock, cooler master hyper 212 evo is the usual budget pick, noctua nh14 (? something like that) or a water cooler at the high end.
I think there's value in a gold rated psu, costs more upfront but you save that back over a year or 2 on a cheaper electricity bill, xfx are good tho, made by seasonic who are tops.
