Will all These Parts Together Work? Suggestions?

EliteZ

This Is going to be my very first build, and I was wondering will all these parts together be a good match? Are any parts a waste? I will be using the computer primarily for gaming, recording, and editing (for Youtube). I will not be buying the parts until September so I was wondering if there's anything wrong with this build, if you guys have any suggestions or anything before I go forward with this build.

Get a GTX 780ti. There is literally no excuse not to have one if you're spending $3000. Find a spot to cut a little bit.

GTX 780ti it is, don't wanna cut corners i guess :)

780ti is a good amount faster than the 780 and your gpu is by far your number 1 priority with the pc budget. SO I second this recommendation!

Here's a trendy little idea is to add a closed loop cooler onto your gpu. It maybe on the ocd/overkill side of things, but ill link you the info anyways: http://www.eteknix.com/nzxt-release-kraken-g10-gpu-water-cooler-bracket/

Get rid of the 2400 mhz Ram with a latency of 10. a 1866 cas 9 or lower will kill the Cas 10 2400. Its cool to say i have 2400mhz ram but with a CAS of 10 it would be slower than 1866 cas 9

Delete all those cases fans because they wont do anything but attract more dust and GG.

Also consider this quieter and better looking cpu cooler that matches your color scheme: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835214058&nm_mc=BAC-Criteo&cm_mmc=BAC-Criteo-_-Water+Cooling-_-Enermax-_-35214058

Really? Because I was researching and apparently the fans did much better than the stock NZXT 120mm case fans

Where did you read that? Other than a few fans that come standard in case, they do very little, and your cpu is totaled removed from that equation because its on a close water loop.

Also, this fan controller is way cooler than the one you picked out (imo). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992005&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL042414&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL042414-_-EMC-042414-Latest-_-ControllerPanels-_-11992005-L017C

Ok besides that is there anything else wrong or anything that you would recommend changing? $3000 to me is a lot to spend and I wanna make sure I'm getting the best for this price

It's not worth the extra money you're spending on fans. You are spending $222 on fans. You could get an outrageously expensive case for that and it will give you excellent airflow. In fact, you could even upgrade your GPU and then some.

My recommendation is to get something really nice like a Thermaltake Urban T81 and get a GTX 780ti. It will get you right up to your $3000 and you'll have a powerful build that I personally would be happy to own!

Thanks for the Advice! :) I'll try changing the case out to something else with better airflow, and I guess its worth it to get the ti, thanks
