my current parts.

Idk what psu or cpu cooler I should use.

Also, not sure if all those parts work together.

First pc build.

Plan on using it to record and edit videos. (currently, my i7 2.20ghz , 8gb ram, geforce alienware m14x laptop can't handle the stress I put between recording, livestreaming, a 55" tv, and all the usb things I stick into it........so i figure upgrade to desktop, throw a bunch of money into it. And overkill on certain parts. i7 is a must, 2gb graphics is a must, rest can be negoiated. Feel free to give suggestions that don't down grade my ram cpu or graphic card. Upgrades welcome. Other parts I have no idea what i'm doing on.)

Been watching a lot of youtubers who build computers and such. And I just want to know what else I should do

Also hate windows 8 rather have window 7. Unless there's performance issues.

To answer your question, though:

You could get any PSU that's 80+ bronze certified or higher. I'd get a PSU between 400W to 450W. Stick to the name brands.

Any after market cooler should be fine for what you're doing. Cooler Master 212 EVO is a good one.
