Yes, but you should change a few things..

-get a slightly better mobo(970A-DS3P)

-a better GPU(R9 270X)

-a faster and cheaper HDD(Seagate Barracuda)

-a cheaper, but still pretty good PSU(EVGA 600B)

260X->750Ti->265->270->270X So yea, it's better then the 750Ti.
