I'm trying to build my first PC and know nothing about Graphics Cards. Its main use will be running steam games on an HD tv. What would be a good choice for a graphics card also maybe CPU and motherboard?

I try not to go over about 80% of my PSU total output, its a pretty good rule of thumb
