Hi,

I'm planning on buying separate parts to build a good Desktop PC from scratch. I'm mainly using it for daily office work, heavy movie/series watching and moderate gaming.

May I ask if the following are compatible with one another?

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Type Item Price
CPU Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor $319.99 @ Amazon
CPU Cooler Enermax ETS-T40-TB 86.7 CFM CPU Cooler $34.99 @ Newegg
Motherboard Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard $134.99 @ NCIX US
Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory $82.99 @ Newegg
Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $52.91 @ OutletPC
Storage Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive $77.24 @ Amazon
Video Card Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB DirectCU II Video Card $229.99 @ Newegg
Case Antec Eleven Hundred V2 ATX Mid Tower Case $89.99 @ NCIX US
Power Supply Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply $59.99 @ Newegg
Optical Drive Lite-On iHAS224-06 DVD/CD Writer $104.99 @ Amazon
Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B3ST/BLK/G/AS DVD/CD Writer $24.72 @ NCIX US
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro - 64-bit (OEM) (64-bit) $133.98 @ OutletPC
Monitor Asus MX279H 27.0" Monitor $283.99 @ Amazon
Keyboard Logitech Wireless Combo MK260 Wireless Standard Keyboard w/Optical Mouse $36.98 @ SuperBiiz
Total
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available $1654.74

Let me know if you also think that an item could be changed in consideration of future upgrades, compatibility or other items are just plain better with little change to the price. My max budget is around $1,750.00.

Thanks.

I don't see any issues that I know of with any of these parts. But, if you will edit your post and include the link to you build or the mark up thingy you will get more responses most likely. If you are looking for advice on part selection include what you plan to use the build for.

Looks fine, but i'd switch to a r9 280 or 280x instead of the 760 for the extra vram and slightly better performance.

Thank you. Will consider it. =)

so if there's no note that there's an issue, it's positive that i won't be encountering any compatibility issue once it's built? thanks.
