My case has USB 3.0 ports but my motherboard doesn't have on board USB 3.0 headers. I really want to take advantage of the USB 3.0 ports, but I don't want to opt to another motherboard really.

Are there any other options I can take so I can make these two compatible? (as far as the USB 3.0 ports/headers go.) Please and thank you.

Possibly... Look for usb3 expansion cards (pci interface). If your lucky, then you might find one that not only has rear ports, but also a header for the front case ports... I'm not sure if these exist, but you used to be able to find headers on some USB2 expansion cards back when usb2 was still a newer standard, so it might be possible
