I want to know if the following build will be able to run games at the highest settings with the highest aa. Also, once I have enough money, I will be SLIing with another gtx 770 4gb.

go with a 2gb 770 .. it will be plenty.. or better yet go with a 780

You'll need a larger psu for sli. Since you aren't overclocking, you might be able to find a h97 motherboard for cheaper. Also that case doesn't have usb3 ports.
