If you were to do a bit of rearranging, mainly if you don't need an optical drive for anything but installing windows, and drop down to a gaming 3 or 5 motherboard, you could get yourself 2 290s.

i think i only need it for installing, maybe i have some dvd-r from an old rig, do you think is better to get 2 290 than 290x ? and which brand i pick, sapphire, msi, gigabyte?

2 290s is better than a 290x. The difference in performance between a 290 and 290x isn't very much to start with. As for which to go for, my personal favorite is the powercolor PCS+, followed by the price king right now which I think is the gigabyte windforce, then the tri-x. The vapor x is great too, but it's really expensive.

You can check online there's plenty of 4k reviews. You will be able to play in 4k yes. Don't expect to have everything maxed out in every game though

i will check it out, what are your thoughts about the other parts? is the ram enough or should i get 16gb, the speed 1600mhz or maybe 2400mhz? 800w would be enough or i go for 100w in the psu ?
