My friend wanted me to pick out some parts for him that didnt exceed 300 dollars. He wanted it to play minecraft and then just be a normal use computer. So even though i knew this was going to be hard i was up for the challenge. How do you think i did with the build?

So will it be able to play at maxed settings or probably not?

you might be able to with 8gb of 2133 ram. i would still turn mipmaps off though. Minecraft is a cpu intensive game rather than gpu intensive. If he bumps his budget up to $350 he can get a pretty sweet steam-box build.
