Good build for $1600?

I did my first build last December which was an amd build. Now I want to do an intel build. It's going to be used mostly for gaming/rendering/streaming. I may also add an avermedia to the pc for console streaming. Also, before you say something about a ssd I want to say I dont need one so please please please don't suggest it. Anyways what are your guys thoughts on this build? Anything you think I should do differently? One last things the 2 140mm fans are for the front of the case and the 120mm fan is for the rear.

Looks good to me really - not very different from my own build, I must admit, although you're definitely spending more on the motherboard :-)

Are you going for a serious overclock? If not, then you can easily back down a bit for the motherboard spendings - unless there's some other specific reason for getting a $200 board.

I'm wondering too why you're getting those case fans. The case comes bundled with 2 140mm front fans and a 120mm rear fan - so why do you want to replace them?

^ this... And I might would consider the 4790k for the better clock speed and a z97 board. At this motherboard price point I would look at the asus z97 pro, asus Maximus vii hero, asus z97 sabertooth mark 2, asrock extreme 6 & 9, and the gigabyte equivalent whatever it's called(I'm not a big gigabyte fan). Personally with the 450d I would get a good air cpu cooler, noctua u14s, d14, or phanteks ph-tc14pe something along those lines would be nice. Of course, with the 4790k that can hit 4.4 ghz without overclocking you'd be fine with a $30 212 Evo and you could upgrade the cooler later if you wanted to save a little cash on the initial build. I might also get a 750 watt psu to have a little extra headroom to oc the cpu and gpu.

I wasn't thinking last night when I made this build. But, I can take the hdd, os, and optical drive from my current pc. I also made a few changes to the build from reading the comments. What do you think about this?
