Newegg has this fantastic I7-4780K combo deal for today only.
So, let's build a RELIABLE but AFFORDABLE PC around this deal.
No GPU, in other words, lets use just the on board graphics - people can add their own GPU preferences, and it also keeps costs down.
Windows 8.1 (so it's usable for a long time)
A fast SSD to boot and a terabyte or two to store data.
A nice QUIET case (maybe dust resistant if not too pricey) and a good cooler (perhaps a liquid and a dry version)
Reliable 1.5V RAM with a low CL that will overclock some?
A solid PSU with enough power to run at least one or maybe two GPUs - say >=750W?
