How well do you think it will do in pvp on max settings for Eso? Aboove 40 fps? Any changes you guys suggest??

As stated in your compatibility notes z87 MoBos don't require a BIOS update to be compatible with your processor and all other Haswell CPU's , which can sometimes be finicky based on the brand and model. Instead I would suggest finding a z97 Mobo.

i would drop the i7-4790k to an i5-4690k which will save $100 and then spend it on a better Graphics card. you want to build your pc around the GPU not CPU. and maybe up your psu to 750 watts.
