Decent build, would need a little tinkering

Let me do a premise: I'm in Italy, parts here cost a little more than in the US and some of them are not even sold by the only Italian merchant which PCPartPicker supports (Amazon.it).

That's the current build:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Type Item Price
CPU Intel Core i5-3450 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor €159.11 ($215,17) @ Amazon Italia
Motherboard ASRock B75 Pro3-M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard €53.45 ($72.28) @ Amazon Italia
Memory Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory €71.60 ($96.83) @ Amazon Italia
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive €46.51 ($62.90) @ Amazon Italia
Video Card MSI GeForce GTX 650 2GB Video Card €95.73 ($129.46) @ Amazon Italia
Case Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case €36.53 ($49.40) @ Amazon Italia
Power Supply EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply €40.91 ($55.32) @ Amazon Italia
Optical Drive Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer €22.76 ($30.78) @ Amazon Italia
Wireless Network Adapter TP-Link TL-WN781ND 802.11b/g/n PCI Wi-Fi Adapter €11.42 ($15.44) @ Amazon Italia
Operative System Microsoft Windows 8 Professional (64-bit) ~€8.50 (~$10)
Other Shipping (CPU and Wireless Network Adapter) €13.65 ($18.46)
Total
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available €560.17 ($757.53)

And I know that more than 750 dollars are really a lot for what I'm getting but hey, I've got to deal with it.

What do you think I could (or should) replace?
Do you think it's worth getting AMD processor (FX-8320, maybe) just to save some money?

Keep in mind that if you switch to an AMD processor, it would not be compatible with the Intel motherboard you currently have. But there are great AMD motherboards, and you could save a few dollars that way, if you wanted. Really, it's your choice, though. :)
