Title says it all would love to hear how http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Maggician/saved/wj9tt6 this look. Good or Bad say it all.
Why not get the i5-4690K for the same price as the i5-4670K?
Didn't notice till you pointed it out thanks almost missed that.
I almost did the exact same thing.
good choice of parts, are you planning on gaming with this rig, if so i reccomend that you stay with a wired connection because you will get better ping and lower lag. Other than that your rig looks good.
Yea its for gaming, I don't have computer near router right now so will see
how WiFi works and change it later. I'm Also wondering if its possible to overclock on this build and whether i should or not?
Well it really depends on wat u want out of it, wat games r u planning on playing?
I plan on getting a ips 1080p monitor a little after buying the parts. Games i'll be playing are most likely 1 or 2 fps, mmorpgs, and steam games on sale.
First thing is, like Xdigitz said, the i5-4690k is the same price as the i5-4670k.
Secondly, you don't need a 250gb os drive.
The gtx 760 generally benchmarks about the same as the r9 280x, but it's much less expensive.
since you're getting an unlocked K processor, and a big liquid cooler, i assume you're going to try overclocking. In which case you might want a bigger, more reliable power supply.
All things considered i think your build would be better like this:

Thanks for the suggestion i might just go with that but will double check video card to make sure its what i want. Will the 120GB ssd only be able to store the OS or will there be space left?
there should be some space left, but only install the programs you use often or have MANY loading screens.
Makes sense, thanks i'll stick with the 120 then.
Windows 8.1 will only take up about 20gb. But you do need to have room for apps and such.
Oh cool should be plenty of space for things that need the extra speed then, Thanks again for the help.
