Corsair does not manufacture their power supplies. The OEM can vary depending on the Corsair model. e.g. Corsair's budget CX series is manufactured by CWT, most of their upper end AX series is manufactured by Seasonic.

That is their CX series. With that said, still better than the Thermaltake's TR2 series.
