I'm currently trying to decide I a graphics card and am torn between the gtx 750ti or 760.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated here is the build currently. I'm looking at picking up an aftermarket cooler and graphics card in the next 2 months, current just needed a computer to hold me over for basic tasks that I could upgrade for some light gamin in the future. I don't really care about high settings but would prefer to play in 1080p at minimum. So which card should I go with? My budget is probably around 250 within the next month or 2, up to 400 or 500 if I wait til October.

Games I'm currently looking at playing: Thief Sniper elite 3 Skyrim Arkham series Etc nothing too demanding, won't be playing anything online.

16gb of ram is unneeded for pure gaming requirements. 8gb is plenty and will loosen your budget.

I already purchased all of that, the only thing left to purchase is a graphics card, just want some incite on which graphics card in the 250-400$ range would be best to purchase to play them at medium/high settings in 1080p

To Clarify the 250-400$ is my budget for strictly a graphics card, how would a 280x that was used for mining for 3-6 months be if I could get one at 130$?

Dont get a card that has been used for mining. just dont. I suggest getting a 280x windforce or gtx 770 windforce.
