CPU and GPU improvements?

Hi, I've been putting this build together for a while and I'm starting to rethink my CPU/GPU choices. This will be used for a CAD, graphic design, music production, and light gaming. My budget is $700 (I'm waiting for sales). Should I reduce my CPU cost and upgrade my GPU? Or is what I have now okay? Thanks!

A part list could help us understand things a little better, but yeah, CPU's are more involved than GPU's when it comes to rendering projects in CAD. (PS. I know this because on top of being a computer enthusiast I'm also an architecture major.)

Oh I'm so sorry! I can't believe I forgot to post my part list... I added it to the original now, sorry again!

No problem mate! Just wondering, what's your budget?

$700. I figure I can get this build down to $700 over some lengthy period of time with sales and everything.

Siding with NaturalCarr, CAD will need a powerful CPU, for light gaming a 750 ti or GTX 660 would do the trick. Both are around 140-160 bucks.
