If you're happy with 1TB of storage then go with your storage. Also, you can get the CPU cooler at another date, the CPU will work fine without it, albeit at slightly reduced performance. All this will save you £40.

I'll most likely go with 1tb a higher power supply to upgrade which would be the month afterwards which would add in an ssd and more case fans with plenty of games to buy ;)
