Seems like a pretty good build you have here. Only thing I would do is get a the 4670k and a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler. Apart from that, it's a good build you have here :)

Why? It's a H81 board buying an unlocked processor and would be a waste.

For future; it's better to be prepared than to not. Even though it's an H81, you might want to upgrade in the future, then if you wanted to over clock you'd need a whole new CPU as it is. Just trying to save you money c:

Go for the Sapphire card, higher memory clock and the better cooler.
XFX has a reputation for their bad cooling, I found out the hard way when I bought a 7970 Ghz
