Gaming PC First Build

Hey all, I have the part list ironed out for my first PC build. I will be using it for gaming as well as music recording and general uses such as MS Office, etc. I would like some opinions on the practicality of my build, as well as any suggestions on improvements I could make to make it better/cheaper.

I would also like to know if it would be worth it to get a liquid cooling system for this PC in the future. I've read this particular video card overheats easily when overclocking.

Basically, I want this desktop to be as good as it can be, because I want it to last for as long as possible. Thanks in advance.

AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor is about the same but with 2 less cores.

I'd go with something like this, to get a whole lot more performance for the same price.

That CPU will need an aftermarket cooler. If you're planning to overclock a lot you'll probably need an even beefier one than I included.

I upgraded your memory for the same price and kept the blue color scheme.

There's no point to a hybrid drive when it won't be your boot drive, so you can save some money there.

I upgraded the graphics card a LOT with the money I saved elsewhere in the build.

The case still has a window, a blue theme and comes with pretty good Corsair fans.

This optical drive still writes blu-ray, but saves quite a bit of money.

I dropped the additional fans since you likely won't need them. This case can support radiators if you decide to go liquid or additional fans though if you do some intense overclocking.

I likely won't be overclocking much, but I like to know I can if I want to, so liquid cooling can wait. I may keep the case I had, without getting new fans just yet. The new graphics card and HDD you added are extremely helpful. Thanks a lot!
