Most of the time people only leave reviews on retail sites because they got a dud, or they're fanboys. It is fairly rare that someone who got a product will leave a review because they got one that was good. Take a look at reputable review sites like HardwareCanucks, Techpowerup, Guru3d, Tomshardware, and those types. Just google Powercolor PCS+ 290 review and see what they have to say about it.
