Cant see any reason for the 2133mhz ram. 1600mhz is enough unless editing.
apart from that its fine.
What are yo going to be using it for?
I'm going to go ahead and assume that this is a gaming build (bad practice to assume things, I know). Here's what I came up with to get a little more bang for your buck, at least in terms of gaming.

Left out the optical drive. If you only have it in there to install an OS, just install it using a USB.
