£400 Home Server - Proposed build

In the next couple of weeks i intend to build a basic home server. It will mainly be used to backup and manage about 4 Windows 8.1/7 PC's through Windows Home Server. My current parts list is linked below.

I aim to have the server located behind the TV in my living room hence the need for it to be quiet and small. It also needs to have a low power consumption while still performing well, i hope the AMD Athlon X2 340 will be ideal for this.

The 1TB Red will be used as a OS drive, not sure if i can switch this to a 250GB Caviar Blue or is a NAS specific drive needed as it will be running 24/7?

The 3TB Red's will be used for data storage, RAID 1 looks like the best option due to the redundancy it provides.

Since it's for home use, the WD Blue should suffice.
