Thinking of my first PC build come October but might be willing to wait till Black Friday ..opinions?

Basically to start things off I should mention that I work on PC's on the side just like most computer geeks like myself. But I have never built my own PC because I grew fond of laptops in which I have owned 3-4 in the last 10 years. My most recent last year was an Alienware M17r4 which has been great ( in my opinion) but the urge to build has returned.

So I very well might scratch the itch since I have the money. My goal was around $1000 but went a little above in the builder but come October when the 880's might be out I suspect maybe a price drop on Nvidia cards and maybe even holding off for Black Friday might net me some good deals.

The build might look pretty generic in terms of other builds and the power supply is just enough that if I wanted to grab another 770 later I had the power to do so. Also planning on water cooling the CPU and going to see how the stock case cooling works in terms of airflow before grabbing aftermarket fans.

Any thoughts or feedback ?

If noise control is one of your considerations, consider computer cases without a window.

Good point. Any suggestions on a simple looking case no side window with ability to position the radiator towards the top of the case? Mind you looking for a ATX mid or ATX full with enough room to eventually hold 2 GPU's.

Just saw the simple design and I'm not partial to a window.

Never mid looks like they have a windowless version will I will use thanks for the advice! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352020
