Should I do it or go lower?

I really need some help deciding wether or not to build this or make another (and less expensive) parts list. If you think I should do it, I'll wait until Haswell-E, X99, and DDR4 comes out. I will be using it for 4K gaming (2nd monitor for multitasking and other things), video editing and recording, streaming, and (possibly, don't know for sure yet) coding.

Here's the list: Trying to come up with a different name other than The Sniper

As I stated in the desc, I'm waiting until Haswell-E and the two hard drives are double back ups.

Yeah I'm planning on getting one part at a time, meaning that when I have the money for one part, I'll get it, and continue doing so.
