First ever build for me, ($650 Limit)

Been wanting to build a gaming Pc forever, i don't need anything too high end but i'd love to be able to run new release games on high settings.

Looks great to me, thanks so much for having a look and making some changes. The only thing i was worried about with your build was that apparently the Seagate Internal hard drives have issues after a while?

$700 would be the absolute maximum for me so do you think this would be my best option if i were to swap that Seagate 1TB to a Western Digital 1TB?
