this build is for 3000$ with everything and has a green build theme. going to be heavy gaming/streaming. also gonna do some editing effects.

Looks good. You COULD change those 780 to 290 or 290x but those run hotter (although I would recommend them if you are watercooling, which you aren't so....)

They don't run hotter unless you get the reference design cooler. Cards like the PCS+ 290/290x run cooler than any available nvidia cards in the US.

I'll take your word for it. Any of the three cards would be more than sufficient for his build, so he should look into which manufacturer has what he wants (G-sync, freesync, mantle, physx, game streaming)
