Photo editing and publishing computer

Does this look good? I'll mainly be using Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Photoshop, Indesign). I do not mess with video editing at all. My storage is external so no need for onboard HDD beyond an SSD. I want it to be relatively quiet. This is my first build. Be brutally honest I want to buy these parts tomorrow if it looks good. Thanks in advance.

Why a locked cpu with a high end cpu cooler?

Yes, but you can get a cheap one, like the hyper 212 evo, if you want a little less noise, it's like $30.
