I was thinking about this case The Cooler Master CM 690 II (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case... But now im looking at the Cooler Master HAF 932 Blue ATX Full Tower Case... Which one should i get?!?! i need one to keep everything cooled... Is The Cooler Master CM 690 II (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case be good enough or do i need to go bigger? This is my build without the case... I started purchasing..

mid tower will be enough, I wouldn't recommend a full tower case unless building a custom water cooled loop. If you are scared just add some fans into the mid tower case.
