I would consider this build instead. It is highly optimized for gaming and includes a OS. Has some great upgradability for the future and could play BF4 on ultra 1080p.

Oh yeah. Even with hd mods you should have no problem pumping out 30-50 fps. That is most likely the build I am gonna use for a gaming rig. Very affordable and very powerful.
