Need Help! First Build

My friend asked me to build him a computer, so I agreed to the challenge. This is what I came up with so far.

I'm just wondering if there's anything missing, or any upgrades / downgrades you guys would do. Also do I need thermal paste for the CPU, or does that come with it? I think I may need a few fans, and maybe a CPU fan.

My friend is not going to overclock, and he is on a budget (Under $1000 would be nice).

If you want, you should add a better GPU & a PSU with a bigger wattage.

The stock cooler comes with a preapplied paste, so you don't have to buy one.

The wattage of the system is atleast 200~ lower than the PSU though. Do I really need a bigger one?

Upgradeing?

I meant if you replace the 750Ti with a better GPU, you should replace the PSU with one that has a bigger wattage.

Any other criticism about this build?

With the exception of the video card, system from the parts list will generate very little heat. The 200R should include one intake and one exhaust fan.
