Help Me Choose Some Fans and a PSU

My PC will mainly be used for gaming. At the moment I'll be gaming at 1080p but I may get a higher res monitor later. I plan on picking up a cooler and overclocking my CPU down the road.

CPU: i5 4690k

GPU: Sapphire Tri-X R9 290 4GB

MOBO: ASUS Z97-K

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz

HDD: WD 1 TB 7200 RPM 3.5-inch Desktop Hard Drive

Cooler: Stock

Case: Fractal Design Define R4

PSU: Corsair CX 600 Watt ATX 80+ Bronze OR EVGA 600W Bronze

Fans: I'm currently looking at these: Arctic F12 PWM 4 Pin 120mm

Will my CPU come with thermal compound?

If you can fit the budget get the Asuz Z97-A. PSU: CX has low end capacitors. Get the Rosewill Hive 650W semi-modular. Great choice in GPU.

You don't need thermal compound.

You do need to spend a couple bucks for good quality thermal compound. The Intel one is only good for non overclocking.
