you might want to get RAM at 1.5v

CPU: If you not going to Videoediting, 3D or stuff that needs hyperthreading, you are better of with a i5, saves you around 100$.

CPU Cooler: Would recommend a Noctua DH-15, especially when you want to overclock that chip, believe me a good cooler is underestimated.

Memory: Same with the CPU, if you dont do editing the difference is not noticeable between a 1600 and 2400 RAM, you can save a bit of money there.

Thanks for the advice. Will definitely make some adjustments to the plan. Any thoughts on corsair h100i vs noctua dh-14? Water cooling vs open air I know but both seem viable.
