If you are looking for a good budget gaming PC that can run games smoothly, you have come to the right place! I choose some parts and build a simple, great, $500 gaming PC that will run Minecraft like a beauty and other games as well.

As the RAM was cheaper than 1600MHz I thought: Why shouldn't I go with the 2400MHz one then? Well here you go:

great choices on the CPU, cooler, and GPU... why does it seem like nvidia has nothing that competes with the 270/270X at the same price range? They need to release a 755 and 755 Ti or something, lol...

I made a few modifications of my own to bring the price down a little further without sacrificing anything on performance:

Well for 15 bucks you might as well get the 2400 MHz RAM. It's amazing it's at the same price point as the 1600MHz one (almost at least, 1$ difference or 0.5$).

nVIDIA should do that, but keeping price cheap and Intel a CPU or something better than the Athlon same price... I just put in 550W instead of 430W so they could get a second video card or monitors and other, just so they have more power for cool gadgets if necessary. Plus, I think 80+ gold is really worth it in PSU's, and if you can get one in a build for not much more (50 bucks) I guess it's preferable.
