Suggestions for a UPS pairing

The PSU I was looking at in my build is a Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply, with this being a link to the tech spec's on the site: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/rm-series-rm650-80-plus-gold-certified-power-supply

My last computer got pretty screwed over with a terribly blocky, inefficient UPS, and hasn't really helped me out when the power went out. I don't really know much about volts and output, so a lot of the numbering listed, besides it's average wattage, bothers me when looking for a nice Tower UPS(One that actually monitors currents)

Any suggestions? My price range is around $50-$200.

I've had nothing bad to say about Cyberpower's sinewave line.

When it comes to UPSes, you get what you pay for. Expect to spend on the upper end of that $200 for sure.

APC units have a very good reputation, and a price to match.
